The address
There is no contact form here, deliberately. A form collects data, needs a server to receive it, and gives us something to store about you. An email address does none of that, and it means your message arrives with whatever detail you chose to include rather than whatever a form decided to ask for.
What to write about

What we cannot help with
Clear Justice is a publication, not a law firm. We cannot advise on your situation, review a document, tell you what to file or when, estimate what something will cost, recommend a lawyer, or say whether you have a case. We do not take clients and cannot represent anyone. Messages asking for any of that will get an honest reply saying so, which is not the reply anyone wants, so it is worth knowing in advance.
We also cannot contact a government agency on your behalf, chase an application, or intervene in a matter.
Where to go instead
- Your state or local bar association runs a lawyer referral service, usually with a reduced-cost first consultation.
- Legal aid organizations handle civil matters for people below an income threshold. Coverage varies by state and by subject.
- Many courts run a self-help center — staff who cannot give advice but can explain the court's own procedure and forms.
- The agency that administers the thing you are dealing with usually has a public enquiry line, and it is more likely to be right about its own process than anyone else.
Response times
Clear Justice is small. Corrections and accessibility reports are handled quickly. Suggestions are read and kept but may not get an individual reply. Nothing sent to this address is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
